Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced PRO (Public Relations Officer) / Government Relations Officer to manage submissions to DED, Free Zone authorities, GDRFA and MOHRE on behalf of our customers, keeping every order moving from payment to issued licence.
Key Responsibilities
- Submit and track licence applications, amendments and renewals across UAE authorities
- Process employment and investor visas, including medical and Emirates ID appointments
- Maintain relationships with government portals and typing centres
- Flag documentation issues to customers early to avoid delays
- Keep the internal compliance calendar accurate for every active company
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience as a PRO in the UAE
- Deep familiarity with DED, Free Zone and immigration portals (ICP, GDRFA)
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Highly organised, comfortable managing dozens of active cases at once
